Stream Deck Isn't Controlling ProPresenter

Assuming the stream deck isn't controlling ProPresenter, and there is a red square in the top right of the button, that means there is an error with the ProPresenter API. To fix this, the easiest method is to go onto the Broadcast Graphics Mac, and in ProPresenter in the top left, click on ProPresenter, and go to Settings > Network > and briefly turn off Enable Network, and turn it back on. If that doesn't fix it, go into Companion and disable and re-enable the "instance". For details on how to edit companion, click here.

Stream Decks Aren't Working

The first step to fix this is to quit the "Companion Satellite" software. It's the radio beam icon in the upper right hand corner of the mac. Click on it, Quit and confirm the prompt. Then, open it by locating it in the applications folder on the Mac.

If that doesn't fix it, I would try restarting the VM for it on the server. You can do this by running the following SSH command: ssh riveroaks@10.0.72.245 The login is on Bitwarden.

No 24/7 Music

If there is no music coming from the 24/7 audio (pre service OBS music), then it's most likely because the iPad in the back of the audio rack has stopped playing it. You can go to the iPad, open Spotify, click play (on the song that was already playing when it stopped), and you should be good to go.
