What to do on Sunday mornings

Power on TVs
Log into the broadcast-video Mac mini (the producer Mac mini)
- Open up OBS, and select the correct Profile for streaming. You need to make sure before every service that OBS is on the right Profile, or else you will stream to the wrong destination.
Log into the broadcast-gfx iMac (Username: cgood, Password: riveroaks)
- Plug in the UltraStudio 4k device behind the iMac. It stays unplugged when the room is not in use because the fans on it seem to be broken (even though I've replaced them)
- After plugging it in, and waiting about 10 seconds, open up ProPresenter on the Mac.
- Follow this guide to update Companion with the ProPresenter library uuid.
Create the Lower Third graphics for the service. (Follow this guide here)
Make sure the little hyperdeck recorder has empty, and formatted SD cards. This recorder is located in the old producer booth. It should automatically start recording during the message. But if it doesn't, you can manually start recording during the second service message by clicking the circle button. Click here for more info.

Power off TVs
Quit ProPresenter on the broadcast-gfx Mac, and put it and all the other Macs in the Broadcast Studio to sleep.
