Worship Team On/Offboarding

Onboarding

To onboard a new member of the worship or tech team, here is a list of what needs to be done (in order):

  1. Create Planning Center account (Invite them)

  2. Ask user to request WiFi account here

  3. Ask user to request Key Fob here

  4. Once WiFi account is approved, go to Tech Portal, Network > Planning Center ID Mapping

    • On there, you will need to select the user from the list of available worship team members, and add their Planning Center ID. This can be located by going to Planning Center > People > the user. On the URL, you will see a long number. Copy that into this field. This will add them into the WiFi automations.

  5. After the user is connected to WiFi, set them up with the StageMix app on their phone, add the audio console (IP addresss is 10.200.21.2)

  6. After their Key Fob has been approved, add them to the "Worship Team" (or tech team) group (via tech portal or UniFi Access), and remove their "Daytime Access" key group that is added by default.

  7. If user prefers to use their phone as a key, invite them to the UniFi Identity app. This can be done from UniFi Access

Offboarding

To offboard a worship or tech team member, here are the services they need their access revoked from:

  • WiFi (This can be done via Tech Portal)

  • Key Fob (This can be done via Tech Portal)

  • Planning Center
