Below is a list of standarized items that will likely need to be purchased in the event that someone gets hired.

All Apple products HAVE to be purchased via our Business ecommerce portal OR via B&H Photo Video so that they can be automatically enrolled in Jamf.

  • MacBook Air (Mid tier option of the latest generation): $1,199

    • Two years of Apple Care coverage should probably be added: $199

  • Computer Montior: ~$200

  • Anker USB-C Hub: ~$30

  • Jamf License for their Mac (Purchased in August of each year): $95/device/yr

    • Jamf Protect Antivirus (Purchased in August of each year): $72/device/yr

  • UniFi Desk Phone (If there isn't one available): $199

  • iPad Air (Latest gen, only purchased if necessary): $599

  • Keyboard/Mouse are the Apple Magic Keyboard/Magic Mouse. If bought together, they are $258

Total estimated cost of hiring (from a hardware standpoint, including only the essentials): $2000

Reminder:

  • Keyboard covers are not recommended due to long-term negative effects of the Mac.
