** The video version will probably cover some different content than the written guide. Partially because the video was created in 2024 (it's currently 2025), but I am also trying to make the written guide as detailed as possible.

Goals / Scope

Light programming has a few different scopes, and they are listed below.

  • Stage lights

    • These are the main lights pointing towards the stage.

  • Front lighting

    • These focused lights make sure everyone on stage is clearly visible.

  • Projectors (Background Videos)

    • We run the background videos you see behind the lyrics during worship using software called ProVideoPlayer.

  • LED and Pixels

    • We control the LED strip bars and LED "walls" using software called ELM (Enttec Light Mapper).
