River Oaks Church - Updated March 2025

  • Kids 203a and 203b
    • Removed old Kramer control system
    • Installed Q-SYS audio and GPIO devices to control the rooms
    • Programmed Q-SYS for 203a and 203b to control all aspects of both rooms
    • Removed HDMI cable on the ground, replaced with HDbaseT video feed from 203a to 203b.
  • Kids LGR
    • Setup new Q-SYS control system
    • Tore out old audio mixer, old cabling, etc.
    • Shut down kw-nodered-vm
  • Kids Lobby
    • Setup new Q-SYS system
    • Migrated most Node-RED applications off of kidslobby.ro.church
  • MPR
    • Shut down mpr-nodered-vm
    • Fixed many Q-SYS bugs
  • Broadcast Studio
    • Finished the room, setup 3 Macs
    • Moved the Clearcom central box to the broadcast studio.
  • Security Cameras
    • All but 3 new cameras are installed
    • AI-Pro camera is ready to be moved
  • Auditorium Video rack
    • Removed many extra cables we don't need anymore, put them into storage.
    • Cleaned up the desk, and it's ready to be taken down.
